TIANA KENNER

Tiana has always had a love for communication and articulating the perfect message. After graduating from Depaul University in 2016, she realized how brutal the job market and applicant tracking systems (ATS) could be.

Tired of seeing those automated rejection emails, Tiana decided to create several versions of her resume, each focused on a particular set of skills. She then further customized these resumes for each job she applied, and voila – the interviews started rolling in.

Now, she's on a mission to help young professionals land more interviews and get hired faster!
